We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Estates Planning and Development team, you will need to be a highly motivated, organised and capable individual to deliver effective and professional construction project management across the University’s substantial and varied property portfolio. Reporting to the Associate Director for Real Estate Development, the post holder will take ownership and independently manage a wide range of construction projects from inception through to post- completion to ensure the University’s property portfolio is effectively maintained, improved and developed in accordance with agreed standards, policies and procedures; maintenance plans; and the capital investment programme.
