Sarah & Joshua Rankin FLORIDA Just Love ThemWhere They Are

“I truly feel like I’m enhancing lives when I get so much positive feedback.” The Rankins believe that the best way to build their business is by building a community. “The biggest thing for our team has been eliminating isolation,” Sarah says. “It’s all about creating connection and bringing together those who want to move forward in life.” To help them achieve that goal, the Rankins hold quarterly events with their team. In fact, they just finished the planning for their quarterly event to kick off 2021. “It’s all about bringing our top leaders together to connect, but more importantly to set their intentions and their first action steps for 2021,” Sarah says. “We’re taking Fast Track and Launch very seriously and coming up with a plan of massive action to back them up. This event is essentially the launching point for our next decade in business.” Focusing on others is crucial for the Rankins. “You’ve got to just love them where they are and for who they are,” Sarah explains. “You have to make it about the customer rather than about yourself. Until you do that, you won’t find success. The core of this business is taking care of the customer, loving them, and doing your best to lead with integrity. One of the reasons we were so excited about Melaleuca was that this was a place where our friends could win with us. I will one day reach the status of Presidential Director because I love the challenge, but ultimately this is all about how many other families we can bring along with us!” MH

Sarah and Joshua Rankin can tell you that not everyone has to start fast to find success building a Melaleuca business. “We fell in love with Melaleuca as customers first,” Sarah explains. “It wasn’t until I fully wrapped my head around the store that I decided to become a business builder. The fact that you can convert your entire home to superior wellness products and have them delivered right to your door made sharing Melaleuca so easy.” And while they didn’t start building right away, it was their experience as customers that ultimately convinced Sarah and Joshua that they needed to share Melaleuca with others. “The products were great, the customer service was fantastic, and we were blown away,” Joshua says. “We knew that if we were treated this well as customers, we could wholeheartedly endorse Melaleuca because our customers would also be taken care of. And we just love to see it. When we can offer products that are cleaner and better and can save you money, it’s a no-brainer.” “Hearing rave product reviews from my customers is absolutely my favorite part of this business,” Sarah adds.
