Start with the basics. The first Melaleuca Fast Track started when four friends and fledgling Melaleuca Marketing Executives—Corporate Director 9 Ed Bestoso, Corporate Director 7 Alan Pariser, Executive Director 9 Nona Pione, and National Director 7 Tom Pisano— committed to each other that they were going to do whatever it took to change their lives.
Be committed. When you’re involved in a Fast Track, you’ve got to commit to being all in. Once you do, you’ll be building at a higher intensity. Forming more friendships. Giving and getting more support and encouragement. Bouncing back from your failures. One thing that you should remember, though, is that this is more like a sprint than a marathon. If you’re a runner, you understand that your body can only go at a certain pace before it gets tired. “Fast Track allows you to really focus on your business for 90 days,” Executive Director 4 Tammie Watson says. “My kids know that when I start a Fast Track, I won’t be the most attentive mom for the next 90 days. We’ll probably have dinners that aren’t home-cooked. I’ll have to make some changes in order for me to temporarily put my all into the Fast Track.”
Then they got up and got to work.
Just like them, the Marketing Executives who went “all in” during the most recent company-wide Fast Tracks overwhelmingly saw their businesses grow by leaps and bounds because of their focused and consistent efforts. And there’s every reason to expect that Fast Track 2021 will become the vehicle for even more Melaleuca Marketing Executives to experience similar success. No wonder one of the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities is “Always be involved with Fast Track”! When you’re involved with Fast Track, you’re doing exactly what leads to success as a Melaleuca business builder. Fast Track simply ties all of these Critical Activities together and gives you a framework for goal setting, planning, and accountability.
“There are three key principles to a successful
Fast Track: teaming up, daily accountability, and consistently completing the Critical Business-Building Activities.”
—Melaleuca CEO Frank VanderSloot
So what’s the difference? Why does Fast Track help produce such incredible results?
The answer is simple: commitment.
When a Fast Track team goes all in, something incredible happens. Belief blossoms. Businesses grow by leaps and bounds. And lives change forever.
