A BETTER WAY TO GET YOUR B VITAMINS *

A gene mutation can make it difficult for some people to efficiently utilize B vitamins, but the Peak Performance Packs now include methylated B vitamins to make it easier for everyone to enjoy the benefits.*

• Up to 50% of adults have the MTHFR gene mutation • This mutation makes it difficult to utilize folic acid (B9) • Vitamin B deficiencies can result in feelings of fatigue • Methylfolate is a form of vitamin B9 that everyone can use • All Peak Performance Packs now include methylated B9 (methylfolate) and methylated B12

WHAT IS MTHFR? MTHFR stands for methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase. It’s an enzyme that helps your body effectively utilize folic acid—the most prevalent form of vitamin B9. It is estimated that up to 50% of North American adults have an MTHFR gene mutation, which makes it difficult or impossible to utilize folic acid. That means up to half of the people you know are affected. The most common symptom is a feeling of fatigue.
