MARINE INDUSTRY CUSTOMER CSI AWARD Axopar Boats won the 2024 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award, for excellence in customer satisfaction, and was also awarded this title in 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2019. Axopar is the only European boat manufacturer that was awarded the achievement now for the fifth time since 2019. The CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement. The award is an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over each year, surveying over 175,000 customers.
