Qualifications: Must be advanced in the following areas:  Elevated Experience with CMiC and Procore

 Enforcement of safe work practices including the planning of all high-risk activities for Wohlsen Team Members and Subcontractors  Preparation and execution of daily reports  Monitoring closeout documents



Maintenance of contract documents

 Activation & maintenance of field files (logos for change order, pending change orders, permits and schedules)  Punch list preparation, distribution, and execution  Interpretation of drawings, specifications, and maintenance of as-built documents  Preparation, maintenance and distribution of meeting minutes, interoffice memos and correspondence to clients, vendors and subcontractors, government agencies and other partners

 Preparation, activation, and maintenance of submittal and RFI process

 Acting as the Liaison between Architect, Owner, & Field Personnel

 Mentoring, training, and developing Field Engineers and Superintendents 1 & 2

External Training: Approved Training (outside of WC) 




