Elevated Experience Microsoft Office Software Systems, CMiC & Procore
Preparation, distribution, & monitoring of project billings
Preparation, distribution, & monitoring closeout documents
Preparation, maintenance & distribution of meeting minutes, interoffice memos, and correspondence to clients, vendors, subcontractors, government agencies, & other partners
Coordinating Estimating team on the development of costs & schedules
Assembling estimates & subcontractor quotations
Mentoring, training, & developing Project Assistant(s), Project Engineer(s), levels 1-2
Assisting with the project procurement process (interview preparation, staff planning, scheduling, & interview process)
Assisting with or conducting Site Safety Inspections
Participation in contract negotiations
Acting as the Liaison between Architect, Owner, & Field Personnel
Procuring building permits & resolving bidding questions
Writing contracts & owner change orders
