Planning of project staffing, General Conditions estimates, project scheduling, logistics planning, constructability reviews, and subcontractor evaluation/procurement Leadership of project billings
Leadership of closeout documents/process
Creation of meeting minutes, memos, and correspondence to clients, vendors, subcontractors, government agencies, & other partners
Review & analysis of estimates & subcontractor quotations; resolution of bidders’ questions
Mentoring, training, & developing project team members with varying levels of experience and skills
Leading the project procurement process (interview preparation, staff planning, scheduling, & interview process) Leading contract negotiations with Subcontractors
Expert-level ability to read & interpret drawings, specifications & other contract documents
Leadership of building permits & occupancy permits
Developing, writing, & modifying contracts & owner change orders
Experience regarding pricing estimates & bids
