Dickinson, a sales expert with nearly 20 years of experience across signicant media and start-up companies, began by debunking the myth that sales must be sleazy or aggressive. By the end of the workshop, the room was buzzing, and I could hear the excited conversations as attendees le the room. Entrepreneurs practised newly minted pitching techniques with each other, and many remarked that Dickinson had helped them see selling in a completely new light – not as something to fear, but as a way to connect with customers genuinely. It was the condence boost many needed to start chasing those leads and opportunities they might have shied away from.
