e Marketing Mineeld Panel Rounding out the day was a panel dubbed "e Marketing Mineeld", which unpacked the do's and don'ts of marketing for growing businesses. I (Chris Welford) founder of Constallation Marketing Solutions and Launchpad was delighted to join this discussion alongside two fellow marketeers: Louise Mora, a branding expert and founder of Brandfolk , and Susan Ollerton, a Facebook ads and digital marketing specialist and founder of So Socially . Together, we brought a mix of perspectives to the table. Louise opened the conversation by stressing that branding is far more than a logo – it is craing a story and reputation that resonates with your target audience. She shared how small businesses can develop a strong brand ethos that sets them apart, recounting examples of local brands that achieved signicant presence through consistency and creativity, giving tips such as a 'persona' which is a ctional character that represents a group of people, or a public image of a person. Susan, meanwhile, oered insight into social media marketing and selling tickets for large-scale events and festivals. She explained how to get a real bang for your buck
