DIRECTORS | CORNER
Welcome to another exciting year of Bloomington Community Education! As we begin the new school year, I am filled with enthusiasm for the opportunities ahead and the chance to provide engaging programs, classes, and experiences that
bring joy, learning, and connection to our students, families, and community members. Whether you are exploring a new hobby, enrolling your child in an enrichment program, participating in an aquatics class, registering for our adult education program or connecting with others through one of our many offerings, we are honored to be part of your lifelong learning journey.
This fall, I am especially excited to welcome Darby Throne , our new Youth and Family Program Manager, to the Community Education family. Darby brings a passion for youth development and family engagement, and we are thrilled to have her
leadership supporting our programs. We look forward to the future of Kids Safari and the many opportunities ahead to serve our youngest learners and their families. Be sure to stay connected with us through our social media channels for program updates, community events, and exciting announcements throughout the year. If you have questions, ideas, or feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to serve you and look forward to seeing you in our programs this year.
Warm regards, Darrell Young Director of Community Education Bloomington Public Schools
