MaxCel is a state-of-the-art PGR for use in post-bloom sizing and thinning programs—even difficult-to-size varieties such as Gala, Fuji and Empire, plus Bartlett and Bosc pears. For increased branching foliar applications: 8–16 fl oz/5 gallons of spray solution. Latex applications: 1.2–4 fl oz/pint of solution. REI: 12 hours. PHI: 86 days. MaxCel is not labeled for use in California. PoMaxa is for use in PGR programs with MaxCel and Accede for thinning and sizing. PoMaxa is excellent for crop load management.
