Each academic year, a new group of educational leadership consultants/specialists (ELCs/ELSs) and leadership programming consultants (LPCs) travel across North America on behalf of the Fraternity to support our collegiate chapters. As recent graduates, these traveling consultants build skills on the road that will shape their future careers. They serve as the Fraternity’s women on the ground, teaching, leading and supporting chapters as they strive to be their best.
