Emergency Please familiarise yourself with fire exits and procedures as outlined on the floor plan located on the back of your room door. Should you need assistance with evacuation or be hard of hearing, please advise Reception as soon as possible after check-in. Evacuation procedures In the unlikely event of an emergency, The Langham, Gold Coast has a fully trained Emergency Response Team who will coordinate an evacuation.
