Forward. strategy to Cure, Connect and Transform healthcare for the benefit of patients everywhere. It reimagines Mayo Clinic’s downtown Rochester campus and introduces a combination of innovative care concepts, digital technologies and new facilities that will give Mayo Clinic the ability to scale transformation in ways never before imagined. This multi-year investment in the heart of downtown Rochester will introduce five new buildings, related infrastructure and utilities, each with future- oriented design elements. Totaling more than $5 billion and 2.4 million square feet of new construction over six years, the first Bold. Forward. Unbound. in Rochester facilities are expected to open in 2026.
