In the next 3 years, we’ll scale to £500m+ revenue across audit, tax, outsourcing, advisory, business services and law – with deep regional presence, strong sector specialisms, and a delivery model that puts people and pace at the core. • Expanding Capability & Coverage: We’ll deepen our core strength – and expand into new capabilities across restructuring, valuations, and debt & management advisory . We’ll also unlock new ground in outsourced people & HR services – from strategic advisory to interim CFO and finance leader placement – strengthening our ability to scale with clients as they grow. • We’ll continue to serve the privately owned, VC and PE-backed mid-market – and increase our share of AIM-listed and complex group clients who want capability without complexity. • Owning Every Region that Matters: Our city-based hubs will anchor us in every key economic centre – with cultural gravity and leadership presence in London, Reading, Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin and beyond. Wealth (£50m) We’re creating the best ‘proper’ financial planning-led wealth management business in the UK – combining deep relationships with scalable digital delivery. ‘Best’ beats ‘biggest’ but we’ll still grow to £6bn+ AUM and £50m+ revenue by FY28. We will re-define the traditional stereotypes of wealth management, continuing to build something unique, different and disruptive. A business that blends personalised advice , operational scale , and sticky, recurring revenue – designed to grow fast. Built on Trust, Ready to Scale, Tech Enabled Advice and coaching at the core : We’ll build deep emotional connections with our clients, way beyond investment performance, and clients will truly value how we genuinely improve their lives. • Segmented service, smart tech : Fully leveraging technology, we’ll enhance how we currently operate, improving client experience whilst improving operating efficiency. Our current offering will also extend further to smaller clients using a lighter touch, digitally led offering. • Exceptional experience expanded : Our evidence-based investment philosophy remains at our core and we’ll continue to build on this with our increased regulatory permissions and wider wrap- around services.
