Professional Services (£500m) We’re building the UK & Ireland’s most progressive professional services business – multi-line, sector-led, and built for the next era of the mid-market. In the next 3 years, we’ll scale to £500m+ revenue across audit, tax, outsourcing, advisory, business services and law – with deep regional presence, strong sector specialisms, and a delivery model that puts people and pace at the core. • Expanding Capability & Coverage: We’ll deepen our core strength – and expand into new capabilities across restructuring, valuations, and debt & management advisory . We’ll also unlock new ground in outsourced people & HR services – from strategic advisory to interim CFO and finance leader placement – strengthening our ability to scale with clients as they grow. • We’ll continue to serve the privately owned, VC and PE-backed mid-market – and increase our share of AIM-listed and complex group clients who want capability without complexity. • Owning Every Region that Matters: Our city-based hubs will anchor us in every key economic centre – with cultural gravity and leadership presence in London, Reading, Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin and beyond. By 2028, we’ll have the strongest mid- market footprint in the UK&I – all under one brand, one soul, one playbook. • Sector & Ownership Model Focus: We’ll move beyond generalist delivery – driving into Tech, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Professional Services, Health, GreenTech, and Industrials, while sharpening our lens around ownership structure: VC, PE, AIM, founder-led and UK subs of overseas groups. That dual lens will define our go-to-market – and help us win faster, deeper, and more consistently. • Built to Scale: We’ll scale through 'delivery pods' that hold full ownership of market, client, and commercial outcomes – backed by group-wide playbooks, deeply embedded CRM, centralised BD, and structured cross-sell. This is 'platform thinking' in action – repeatable excellence, powered by data, owned by teams. • Fuelled by M&A, Strengthened by Culture: M&A will take us deeper into key cities and new service lines. We’ll complete 2-3 high-value deals a year, adding capability, clients, and talent. But our integration model will stay simple: human- first, fast, and zero politics – protecting our culture while raising the bar. By 2028, our professional services business will be the most admired challenger brand in the UK – big-firm capability, boutique pace, and a people-first model that the market wants to work with… and work for.
