Our current offering will also extend further to smaller clients using a lighter touch, digitally led offering. • Exceptional experience expanded : Our evidence-based investment philosophy remains at our core and we’ll continue to build on this with our increased regulatory permissions and wider wrap- around services. Growth Engine: Organic + M&A • Cross-sell advantage : Tapping into CP’s 8,500+ client base through a structured referral engine, embedded KPIs, and smart insights – orchestrated by our fully-embedded CRM. • Targeted M&A : Acquiring like-minded, planning-led firms with high average client values with £200m+ AUM – accelerating our scale without diluting our philosophy. • Specialist expansion : Deepening advice around exits, inter-generational planning, key life stages and increasing dedicated focus on niche sub-sectors. Digital (£50m) We’re building the UK’s leading mid-market digital consultancy - combining Salesforce, NetSuite, Data & Analytics, C-suite Tech Advisory, and Cyber & Information Security into a single, high- growth, high-margin platform In the next 3 years, we’ll scale to £50m+ revenue and £15m+ contribution – with 30%+ recurring revenue and a premium valuation. This is our third engine – focussed on further deepening how we support our clients and built for acceleration.
