Happy Hour with THE CRASHERS Sponsorships Available Wednesday 10/16 at 5 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Freedom Hall at the Kentucky Exposition CEnter
Get set for an exhilarating evening at our Happy Hour with the Crashers which will feature your brand prominently on eye-catching sponsor signage on the Jumbotron Board above the stage in Freedom Hall. The doors will open at 5 p.m. for all trade show attendees immediately following the show’s closing. Sponsor festivities start at 5:30 p.m. in your VIP area, offering a private experience with cocktails and appetizers for 75 guests with a $5,000 F&B credit. From 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., everyone will be treated to a performance by the Crashers, preceded by stage time for your company, a video presentation, and a prize giveaway if you wish. Closing Concert – KFC Yum! Center Sponsorships Available Thursday 10/17 Sponsor(s) will have the opportunity to host their guests at The Yum Center, the arena that is consistently ranked among the top 30 arena in the U.S. in Pollstar Magazine’s year-end Top 200, recognizing arenas for concert and show ticket sales. We will have our final concert with a top headliner – Trace Adkins and Clayton Q. Sponsors will have opportunity to display their equipment – inside and outside the arena, branding opportunities throughout the arena and on the stage.
