Avishy Peled , who joined the team in October, has over a decade of experience in sales and multi-family leasing. Luke DeLuca , a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylva- nia, was brought on in October as well to work out of the firm’s Manhattan office on multi- family and mixed-use projects throughout the five boroughs. Robert Marzullo , who spent the past year doing financial underwriting for RRA, is now a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and focusing on the Montgomery County multi-familymarket. Stepping into the marketing and finan- cial analyst role is Shaun Pudles .
