I thank them, our entire sales team and support staff for their con- tributions and congratulate them on their well-deserved awards.” Kislak’s Producer of the Year award is presented to the individual who generated the highest sales volume in the company during the past year, and this was Sweetwood’s third consecutive production award. Her 2013 transactions totaledmore than $40,000,000 and include the $9,000,000 sale of a 36-unit multifamily property in Millburn, New Jersey; the $5,800,000 sale of a 96-unit multifamily property in Reading, Pennsylvania; and numerous other New Jersey multifamily sales. Sweetwood joined Kislak in 1996 and specializes in the sale of traditional and bank- owned multifamily and other investment properties. She is a mentor to sales trainees, has won numerous other sales awards at Kislak and has been recognized repeatedly by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal and Real Estate New Jersey for her sales accom- plishments. Throughout her career, Sweetwood has sold more than 18,500 residential units and over 1,025,000 s/f of commercial space. The Sima Kislak Jelin Sales- person of the Year award is presented to the individual whose performance and pro- fessionalism during the past year demonstrated the high- est standards of excellence for which Kislak is known. Waisbrod’s 2013 trans- actions totaled more than $25,000,000 and include the $8,325,000 sale of an 80-unit multifamily property in Toms River, New Jersey and the $5,350,000 sale of a 98-unit multifamily property in Tren- ton, New Jersey; and several other New Jersey multifamily sales. Waisbrod joined Kislak in 2001 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout New Jersey. He is consistently one of Kislak’s leading producers. He has won numerous sales production awards at Kislak and has been recognized as one of Real Es- tate New Jersey’s Commercial Broker All Stars for his multi- family sales accomplishments throughout the state. n
