Metropolitan Area’s most ac- tive and respected develop- ment companies, announced that iGATE Technologies has signed a long-term lease to occupy 13,000 s/f at Somerset Corporate Center I, one of five buildings within SJP’s premier, 1.5 million s/f, class A office complex in Bridge- water. iGATE, a NASDAQ-listed, global consulting, technol- ogy and business process out- sourcing company, will use the space as its first New Jersey headquarters. SJP was represented in-house. iGate is expected to open its New Jersey headquarters in Somerset Corporate Center I during the second quarter of 2014. Leveraging SJP’s ex- tensive construction expertise, the company has tapped SJP to build-out its space within the building. “iGATE’s decision to es- tablish its first New Jersey headquarters at Somerset Corporate Center shortly af- ter Valeant’s full-building lease within the center clearly demonstrates this property’s appeal to specialized business and technology firms,” said Steven Pozycki, CEO of SJP Properties. “Somerset Corpo- rate Center provides unparal- leled access to premier on-site and area amenities, as well as the Central Jersey labor pool, which is one of the most diverse and skilled workforces in the entire nation.” Somerset Corporate Cen- ter’s five buildings each boast high-performance, energy-ef- ficient and environmentally responsible building systems that produce low emissions and optimal indoor air qual- ity to deliver a healthier work environment. Asixth, build-to- suit class A office building of 252,000 s/f is approved for the center, which SJP is currently marketing. One of SJP’s signature de- velopments, Somerset Corpo- rate Center is in proximity to both Newark International Airport and New York City. The campus offers access to public transportation, includ- ing NJ TRANSIT service via a shuttle to the Somerville train station just four miles from the campus. n
