REQUIREMENTS: 1.6.1NATURALPERSON a. Affidavit of Registration / Natural Person update, SAR-410 b. Original and copy of the Identity Card (Honduran) c. Original and copy of Passport or Resident Card (foreigner) d. Proof of domicile. e. Original and copy of one of the following documents: • Public utility bill • Certification of the Municipality or property tax payment receipt. • Contract of private services subscription (Internet, TV cable, telephone) f. If requested by a proxy, she/he must accompany original or copy of the notarized power of attorney, and a copy of her/his Identity Card 1.6.2NATURALPERSON (FYDUCA) Document issued only at duly authorized integrated border points, to citizens of the Central American Free Trade Agreement member countries in order to generate the Central American Invoice and Single Declaration (FYDUCA) document. a. Original and copy of Passport or Resident Card (foreigner) d. Original and copy of the Articles of Incorporation e. Proof of domicile. Original and copy of one of the following documents: • Public utility bill • Lease or Rental Agreement • Certification of the Municipality or property tax payment receipt • Contract of private services subscription (Internet, TV cable, telephone)

Affidavit of Registration, start of activities and update to the National Tax Register SAR-410 (legal entity) b. Annex 410-B, Affidavit of Registration, start of activities and update to the National Tax Register c. Original and copy of the Articles of Incorporation d. A copy of the Identity Card or Residence Card of the Legal Representative,whomust be previously registered in theNational Tax Register e. A copy of the Identity Card, Passport or Residence Card of the President of the Board of Directors, Administrator, Manager, or other Deputy Head of Administration,whomust be previously registered in the National Tax Register f. A copy of the Identity Card, Passport or Residence Card of the Natural Person shareholder g. A copy of the RTN of the Legal Entity shareholder or Articles of Incorporation duly registered. In the case of being a foreign shareholder not registered or incorporated in Honduras, copy of the Tax Identifier from the country of origin or a copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Certificate of Constitution, certifiedwith apostille and translated into Spanish h. If requested by a proxy, she/hemust accompany original or copy of the notarized power or of the power of attorney, and a copy of her/his Identity Card i. Proof of domicile.
