1.7MUNICIPAL SOLVENCY FOR FOREIGNERS Requirement to carry out municipal procedures such as: Opening and renovation of business, change or modification of sales volume, certificate of possession or non-possession of real estate, certification of neighborhood, etc. REQUIREMENTS: a. Individual affidavit form (income affidavit for personal tax) b. A copy of valid Residence Card or passport, and a copy of the certication of entries to and exits fromHonduras c. If not the owner, authenticated power of attorney and copy of the identity card of the authorized person d. For solvency replacement due to loss, theft ormisplacement,no form needs to be filled in; go directly to the Municipality Assist, Understand and ResolveAER (spanish acronym) offices and pay L.30.00 1.8 OBTAINING AN OPERATION PERMIT (TEGUCIGALPA) Document issued by the different Municipalities to ensure that the company operates in accordance withmunicipal laws. Who performs the procedure? The businessperson or legal representative Where is it done? Municipality where the company will operate. In Tegucigalpa it can also be done at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa (CCIT, for its acronym in Spanish) Average Time: It depends on the Municipality where the procedure is done and the type of company. In the Municipalities that have carried out the administrative simplification process, the average time for the companies that are engaged in trade and services, can be one day. Cost: Varies according to the Municipal Office where the procedure is carried out. REQUERIMENTS: 1.8.1 COMMERCIAL LEGAL ENTITY a. Compatibility approved by the Construction Control Management or Historic Center Management through the Offices of Assist, Understand and Resolve (AER, for its acronym in Spanish) of the Municipality of Tegucigalpa. b. Certificate of Compatibility Form (CC, for its Spanish acronym) containing complete information and signed by the owner(s) and / or Legal Representative.
