ACTIVITY • SG receives request and the required documentation in accordance with the Agreement and refers to DGIEPC. • DGIEPC receives the application, which is registered in the Dairy Products Importers Control Book • Review and analysis of the information contained in the application: General information of the company such as the name, business name, address, telephone number, name of the legal representative, and legal proxy or designated representative of the company, and other documents required under the applicable legislation. • Return to SG to notify the legal proxy, in case of incomplete, erroneous or illegible information. • The Certification is issued with the correlative number of NRIPL • Signature of the Certification with NRIPL • Delivery of the Certificate to the Legal proxy of the company, prior notification and seal of it.
