On the samebusiness day, theSDEwill process the applicationand send by email a scanned copy (PDF format) of the Import License duly signed and stamped, to the interested party, to be presented to the Customs Administration of Honduras. e. Oncedeclared the endof thenational emergency, theperson concerned shall appear before the Directorate-General for Economic Integration and Commercial Policy with the originals of the import sanitary permits and TGR-1 receipt, to claim the original of the Import License for Dairy Products, to be presented to the Customs Administration of Honduras. * In the case of the price, these data must be taken from the animal health permit of the SAG and from the corresponding invoice or DUCA-F. * The description of the product must be given by themanufacturer.

5.2.5 APPLICATION FOR A LICENSE TO IMPORT DAIRY PRODUCTS REQUIREMENTS FOR NATURAL PERSONS AND LEGAL ENTITIES: a. The importer must send to the email solicitud.licencia.lacteos@gmail.com in PDF format without erasures and legible, the supporting information that has been requested for the issuance of the Import Licenses of Dairy Products. b. The application for an import license for dairy products shall contain the following information: • General data (name or business name, telephone number, address, e-mail) • Dairy Products Importer RegistrationNumber (NRIPL) • The Power of attorney indicating the person in charge of submitting the application for the license must be signed by the manager or legal representative of the company. • Trade name of the product to be imported and the tariff fraction • Technical description of the product to be imported, indicating its composition and classification according to the products covered by tariff headings 0401 to 0406, 1901.1 to 1901.90.20 andM1901.90.90 • Quantity to be imported in kilograms or litres as applicable, the value in US dollar, origin, and probable date of import. c. Documents to be attached to the application: • A copy of the official export and import health certificate issued by the

ACTIVITY • Registration of the application in the daily control book of dairy products importers. • Verification and analysis of the information contained in the application: name of the applicant, business name, legal representative, trade name of the product, technical description of the product, quantity to be imported in KG or Liters and other documents required under the applicable legislation • Return to the legal proxy, in case of incomplete, erroneous or illegible information. • Issuance of Dairy Products Import License. • Signature of the Import License. • Delivery of the License to the Legal proxy or designated representative of the company, prior notification and stamping of same.
