ACTIVITY • SG receives the Agreement forwarded by the SAG, which defines the right to import of each company, according to national purchases • SG refers the Agreement to the DGIEPC, which is recorded in the Convention Book. • SG receives applications, which are then forwarded to the DGIEPC. • Review and analysis of the information contained in the applications: Name, description of economic activity, business name, address and telephone number of the company, name of the legal representative and legal proxy, address and telephone numbers, and other documents required under applicable law. • Return to the SG to notify the legal proxy in case of incomplete, erroneous or illegible information. • DGIEPC sends resolution and technical report to the SG for signature by the Secretary General and the Minister.
