ACTIVITY • General Secretariat receives request and the required documentation in accordance with the established Agreement, which is forwarded to DGIEPC. • DGIEPC receives the application, which is registered in the Onion Importers control book. • Review and analysis of the information contained in the application: General information of the company such as the name, business name, address, telephone number, name of the legal representative, and legal proxy or designated representative of the company, in addition to the reference documents, and other documents required under applicable law. • Return to SG to notify the legal proxy in case of incomplete, erroneous or illegible information. • Issuance and signature of the certification with the correlative number of NRIC. • Delivery of the certification to the Legal Proxy or designated representative of the company, prior notification and stamping of same.
