• Original and copy of the TGR-1 receipt with a value of L. 200.00, for the issue of certifications, licenses, and certificates; valid at the date of the submission of the application. • Identification of the applicant according to its RTN, including a description of its economic activity; • Copy of R.T.N. Firm purchase and sale contracts with foreign customers, or equivalent document. • Address or fax number, e-mail designated tomake notifications; • In the case of natural persons, a copy of the identity card,Tax Registration andMerchant Deed. • In the case of legal entities, a copy of theArticles of Incorporation and the National Tax Registry; • All copiesmust be duly authenticated. b. The submission of the applications and thewithdrawal of the Resolution must bedone in the counter of theGeneral Secretariat of thisMinistry.Both proceduresmust be done through a duly accredited legal proxy. c. Estimated date of Export.

5.2.9 PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO EXPORT: RED BEANS According to Agreement No. 63-2015 of the Ministry of Economic Development, on the implementation of policies related to the internal mechanisms of distribution of goods and services, to ensure adequate conditions of supply, prohibits the exports of red beans [tariff fractions, 0713.32.00 and 0713.3340 of the Central American Import Tariff (ACI, for its acronym in Spanish)], until the situation of national supply of red beans is normalized and domestic supply guaranteed.Agreement No. 048-2016 allows exports with prior authorization from the Ministry of Economic Development in consultationwith theMinistry of Agriculture and Livestock. REQUIREMENTS: a. The interested natural persons and legal entities whose documents are available in this Ministry, must submit to the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Economic Development, through their legal representative, a written request accompanied by the following documents:

ACTIVITY • Reception and review of the required documentation in Requests in the General Secretariat of SDE. • Once the request has been submitted to the General Secretariat, it is sent to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (SAG) for an opinion on the conditions of supply and national supply of beans • Once the file is returned to the SDE, SG refers the request to the DGIEPC. • Review and analysis of the information contained in the applications: Name, description of economic activity, business name, address and telephone number of the company, name of the legal representative, name of the legal proxy, address, telephone numbers and other documents required under applicable law • Return to the SG to notify the legal representative in case of incomplete, erroneous or illegible information. • DGIEPC sends Resolution and Technical Report to the SG for signature by the Secretary General and the Minister • Referral of the Resolution to the SAR, SAG and publication on the SDE website. • Delivery of the certification of the Resolution to the legal proxy of the company.
