6. SPECIAL PERMITS

Instructions: a. Before filling the online form, make sure to have all the documents ready to attach. Ensure the correct payment has been made according to the type of vehicle, requested formalities and validity of the license. b. Complete the form, providing correct and true information, correct requested changes as appropriate otherwise penalties may incur. Complete form in capital letters, without spelling errors and according to the legal supporting documents. c. Once the form is completed, a confirmation e-mail will be received with the file number assigned for new transport license or a confirmation of the file number in case of renewal or modification. d. Once the state of emergency is suspended, the original documentation must be submitted to ARSA within 60 business days. Otherwise, the authorization will be cancelled. * THE DOCUMENT MUST BE PDF (10 MB each); in case of a document larger than one sheet, sheets must be scanned and uploaded as a single file. A copy of the Single Annual Vehicle Fee (Vehicle Registration Slip) e. Photographs of the Vehicle (Photographs must show the conditions of transport of the food and must include exterior photos where the plate number appears) f. Payment receipt g. Power of Attorney (where applicable) h. A copy of previous licenses (in case of renewal and modification)
