Location, full address of warehouses and storehouses i. Name of responsible technical adviser, with valid regent’s card j. Description of pesticide storage facilities, safety conditions k. Contingency plan l. Certification of training of sales personnel, issued by SENASA or responsible agencies m. A copy of personal documents of the Owner Manager n. Stamp of the Agricultural Sciences Professionals Association c. Name and legal address of distributor d. Power of attorney duly authenticated

Any request for renewal must be made 30 days before expiration. 6.10.8 APPLICATION FOR SANITARY REGISTER OF ESTABLISHMENTS MANUFACTURING PRODUCTS USED IN ANIMAL FEED The information is based on Annex Resolution No. 282-2012 (COMIECO-LXII). Central American Technical Regulation of Products Used in Animal Feed and Establishments RTCA 65.05.52:11. REQUIREMENTS: a. Have the corresponding operating authorization, under the current official regulations in each country or operation permit of c. Harmonized application for sanitary registration or renewal duly completed and with the corresponding supporting documents, signed and stamped by the owner or legal representative and by the regent or technical officer. f.
