VALIDITY: The Register of Establishment shall be valid for 2 years and for its renewal, it shall comply with the registration requirements set out in this section, as appropriate. Any request for renewal must be made 30 days before expiration. 6.10.7 APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF FERTILIZERS AND PESTICIDE DISTRIBUTOR Submit the application for registration of natural persons or legal entities dedicated or related to fertilizers, pesticides, and related substances. Present the respective payment receipt to SENASA in accordance with Article 3, numeral 4, of the "Regulations on fees for services provided by the General Directorate of the National Service of Health and Food Safety (SENASA) (Agreement No 005-2019)", which sets fee for the Distributor of Fertilizers and Pesticides Registry, at L 3,999.00 (three thousand nine hundred and ninety nine Lempiras). f. Company´s Articles of Incorporation and appointment of representatives g. Certification of registration in the correspondent official units (Operation Permit) h. Location, full address of warehouses and storehouses i. Name of responsible technical adviser, with valid regent’s card j. Description of pesticide storage facilities, safety conditions k. Contingency plan l. Certification of training of sales personnel, issued by SENASA or responsible agencies m. A copy of personal documents of the Owner Manager n. Stamp of the Agricultural Sciences Professionals Association c. Name and legal address of distributor d. Power of attorney duly authenticated

Any request for renewal must be made 30 days before expiration. 6.10.8 APPLICATION FOR SANITARY REGISTER OF ESTABLISHMENTS MANUFACTURING PRODUCTS USED IN ANIMAL FEED The information is based on Annex Resolution No. 282-2012 (COMIECO-LXII). Central American Technical Regulation of Products Used in Animal Feed and Establishments RTCA 65.05.52:11. REQUIREMENTS: a. Have the corresponding operating authorization, under the current official regulations in each country or operation permit of c. Have a legal representative in the country of the sanitary registry. d. Have a technical officer or regent in the country of the sanitary registry. e. Harmonized application for sanitary registration or renewal duly completed and with the corresponding supporting documents, signed and stamped by the owner or legal representative and by the regent or technical officer. f. In the case of representatives of foreign processors, provide legal documentation to support the authorization for representation in the country to be registered. g.
