h. Articles of incorporation in case of the legal entity, or personal identification documents of applicant in case of legal entity, or personal identification documents of applicant in case of natural person (merchant). i. Processors from the Central American region must submit the Manual of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); processors from outside the Central American region, must submit an official certification indicating compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. j. Proof of quality control laboratory services, either own or third party. k. Declare the warehouses and shopping stores (distributors). l. SENASA will conduct a physical inspection of the facility prior to the issuance of the registration to verify the conditions of the facility. m. Submit the respective receipts of payment to SENASA according to Chapter IV, Article 7, subsections 4 and 12 of the "Regulation of fees for service provided by SENASA (AGREEMENT C.D. SENASA-005-2019MARCH 04, 2019)", subsection 4, which sets fee for the register or renewal of the manufacturing establishment of products used in animal feed, at L 10,000.00 (ten thousand Lempiras), subsection 12, which sets fee of inspection for registry at L. 2,500 (two thousand five hundred Lempiras), paid at the BANADESA Bank counter in SENASA Office. n. Two (2) Stamps of the Board of Veterinary Medicine. o. All documentation shall be delivered in a physical and digital form. * All documents for which copies are submitted must be duly authenticated or cross-checked with the original in the General Secretariat of the SAG. In case of documents coming from abroad, they must be duly apostilled or authenticated. VALIDITY: The Sanitary Registry shall be valid for 5 years. 6.10.9 APPLICATION FOR SANITARY REGISTER OF ESTABLISHMENTS DISTRIBUTING PRODUCTS IN ANIMAL FEED The information is based on Annex Resolution No. 282-2012 (COMIECO-LXII) Central American Technical Regulation of Products Used in Animal Feed and Establishments RTCA 65.05.52:11. REQUIREMENTS: a. Have the corresponding operating authorization, under the current official regulations in each country or operation permit of the corresponding Municipality.
b. Have a legal representative in the country of the sanitary registry. c. A copy of the company´s RTN. d. Have a technical officer or manager in the country of the sanitary registry. e. Harmonized application for sanitary registration or renewal duly completed and with the corresponding supporting documents, signed and stamped by the owner or legal representative and by the regent or technical officer. f. In the case of representatives of foreign processors, provide legal documentation to support the authorization for representation in the country to be registered. g. Company´s location sketch map. h. Legal documents supporting the incorporation of the company in case of the legal entity, or identity documents of applicant in case of legal entity, or identity documents of applicant in case of natural person (merchant). i. SENASA will conduct a physical inspection of the facility prior to the issuance of the registration to verify the conditions of the facility.
