6. SPECIAL PERMITS

REQUIREMENTS: Any application for authorization to register or transfer a primary or secondary forest industry, must be accompanied by the following documentation: a. SENASA will conduct a physical inspection of the facility prior to the issuance of the registration to verify the conditions of the facility. k. Submit the respective receipts of payment to SENASA according to Chapter IV, Article 7, subsections 4 and 12 of the "Regulation of fees for service provided by SENASA (EXECUTIVE AGREEMENT No. 001-2016)", subsection 4, which sets fee for the register or renewal of the manufacturer establishment of veterinary medicines at L 10,000.00 (ten thousand Lempiras), subsection 12, which sets fee of inspection for registry at L. 2,500 (two thousand five hundred Lempiras), wich must be paid at the BANADESA counter in SENASA Office l. VALIDITY: The Sanitary Registry will be valid for 5 years 6.11 OBTAINING PERMITS FROM THE FOREST CONSERVATION INSTITUTE (ICF) 6.11.1 REGISTRATION OR TRANSFER OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY FOREST INDUSTRIES Primary Industry: Any industry performing the first process to the wood in the rough or any other non-timber raw material coming from the forest.
