Cost: According to the Directorate of the Forest Conservation Institute Value Table. REQUIREMENTS: Any application for authorization to register or transfer a primary or secondary forest industry, must be accompanied by the following documentation: a. Environmental License issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the respective contract for mitigation measures. b. Technical report, prepared by a forestry professional, including the following: • Information on the Company (business name, location, main business activity, general information on the owner, telephone number, e-mail, address of the owner, etc.) • Details of the industrial plant.
in case of the legal entity, or identity documents of applicant in case of natural person (merchant). h. Submit the operational plan for compliance with the current Code of Good Manufacturing Practices of the American Committee for Veterinary Medicines of the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) for the applicable process. i. Proof of services of a quality control laboratory owned by the manufacturer. j. SENASA will conduct a physical inspection of the facility prior to the issuance of the registration to verify the conditions of the facility. k. Submit the respective receipts of payment to SENASA according to Chapter IV, Article 7, subsections 4 and 12 of the "Regulation of fees for service provided by SENASA (EXECUTIVE AGREEMENT No. 001-2016)", subsection 4, which sets fee for the register or renewal of the manufacturer establishment of veterinary medicines at L 10,000.00 (ten thousand Lempiras), subsection 12, which sets fee of inspection for registry at L. 2,500 (two thousand five hundred Lempiras), wich must be paid at the BANADESA counter in SENASA Office l. Two (2) Stamps of the Board of Veterinary Medicine m. All documentation shall be delivered in a physical and digital form. *All documents for which copies are submitted must be duly authenticated or cross-checked with the original in the General Secretariat of the SAG. In case of documents coming from abroad, they must be duly certified with an apostille or authenticated. VALIDITY: The Sanitary Registry will be valid for 5 years 6.11 OBTAINING PERMITS FROM THE FOREST CONSERVATION INSTITUTE (ICF) 6.11.1 REGISTRATION OR TRANSFER OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY FOREST INDUSTRIES Primary Industry: Any industry performing the first process to the wood in the rough or any other non-timber raw material coming from the forest. Secondary Industry: Any industry processing products from a primary forest industry. Who performs the procedure? The owner or legal proxy Where Is It Done? The Forest Conservation Institute (ICF) Average Time: If all the requirements are presented as requested in the instructions for implementing the Agreement 045-A-2013, approximately 20 business days.
