6. SPECIAL PERMITS

HONDURAS INVESTOR´S GUIDE 2020-2021

REQUIREMENTS: Any application for authorization to install and register a center for the sale of forest products, must be accompanied by the following documents: a. Environmental License issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the respective contract for mitigation measures. b. Technical report, prepared by a forestry professional, including the following: • Information on the Yard for the sale of forest products (business name, location, general information on the owner, telephone number, e-mail, address of the owner, etc.) • Details of the forest products intended for sale. • Detail of the staff (number of people to work in the yard, detailing the positions). • Photographs of the site • Details concerning the staff safety and industrial hygiene • Geo-referenced map showing the location of the yard with the respective coordinates, on a considerable scale. c. Organization chart of the center for the sale of forest products and by-products. d. Current operation permit of the Municipality. e. Complete certification of the property registration (with marginal notes) where the company will be located. In case of a lease, present the lease agreement of the property. f. The Format of the invoice to be used for the transportation, sale or distribution of forest products and by-products, with: Address, RTN, business name, ICF registration Number and yard stamp, etc. g. Declaration of Merchant or Corporate, Cooperative or other j. Payment receipt according to the table of values. L. 5,000.00 for services provided, according to Agreement Number 045-A-2013, published in the official Gazette on January 23, 2014. k. Technical opinion of the corresponding Forest Region. l. All documentation that is not original must be authenticated. m. Compact disc (CD) containing all digital and scanned documentation. n. The documents on the CD, must be numbered, starting at number 1. organized group Articles of Incorporation h. Numerical National Tax Registry (RTN). i. Identity card of the owner (If Merchant).

6..12.3 NOTIFICATION OF CONTINUITY OR SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS OF A PRIMARY OR SECONDARY FOREST INDUSTRY, OR CENTER FOR THE SALE OF FOREST PRODUCTS Who performs the procedure? The Forest Conservation Institute (ICF) Average Time: If all the requirements are presented as requested in the instructions for implementing the agreement 045-A-2013, approximately 20 business days Cost: According to the Directorate of the Forest Conservation Institute Value Table REQUIREMENTS: Any notification of the continuation or suspension of operations of a Primary or Secondary Forest Industry or Yard for the sale of forest products, shall accompany the following documents: a. Document of notification of the industry or yard, containing all the general information of the company, by means of which it notifies the continuity or suspension of operations, on regular paper. b. A copy of the document of business continuity or suspension, corresponding to the previous year (when applicable). Payment receipt according to the Table of Values for services provided, in accordance to AGREEMENT NUMBER 045-A-2013 published in the official Gazette on January 23, 2014. 6..12.4 NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF NAME OR CHANGE OF OWNER OF A PRIMARY OR SECONDARY FOREST INDUSTRY, OR CENTER FOR THE SALE OF FOREST PRODUCTS Who performs the procedure?
