6. SPECIAL PERMITS
HONDURAS INVESTOR´S GUIDE 2020-2021
REQUIREMENTS: Any notification of a change of name or change of ownership of a primary or secondary forest industry or center for the sale of forest products, must be accompanied by the following documents: a. Presentation of the notification of change of name or owner. b. Certification of solvency of the concerned forest region. c. Alphanumeric RTN and identity of new owner. d. Declaration of Merchant or Articles of Incorporation of the new owner. e. The Format of the invoice to be used by the new owner, for the sale (if change of name), distribution or transportation of forest products and by-products, with: address, RTN, business name, telephone number, e-mail, ICF registration number, etc. f. Complete certification of the property registration (with marginal notes) where the plant will be located. In case of a lease, present the lease agreement of the property. g. Payment receipt according to the Table of Values for services provided, in accordance to Agreement Number 045-A-2013 published in the official Gazette on January 23, 2014. h. All documentation that is not original must be authenticated. i. Compact disc (CD) with all digital and scanned documentation. j. The documents on the CD must be numbered, in accordance with communication WICF-001-2009, starting at number 1. 6.11.5 INCREASE IN THE MACHINERY OF A PRIMARY AND SECONDARY FOREST INDUSTRY Who performs the procedure? The owner or legal proxy Where Is It Done? The Forest Conservation Institute (ICF) Average Time: If all the requirements are presented as requested in the instructions for implementing the agreement 045-A-2013, an approximate time of 20 business days is estimated. Cost: According to the Directorate of the Forest Conservation Institute Value Table REQUIREMENTS: Any notification of an increase in machinery of a primary and secondary forest industry must be accompanied by the following documents: a. Notification of increase in machinery that includes a listing and description of the machinery to increase. (Brand, series, condition, color, rpm, voltage, etc.). b. A sketch map of the location of the company duly Geo-referenced, showing the setting of the equipment and machinery to be increased, within the industrial plant (production flow chart).
