Cost: According to the Directorate of the Forest Conservation Institute Value Table REQUIREMENTS: The ICF will issue a laminated registration card for the chainsaw. The interested parties must submit the following documents: a. Application for chainsaw registration. b. Copy of identity card. c. Copy of municipal solvency (tax payment). d. Copy of invoice of purchase of the chainsaw in name of the owner, or the authorization (authenticated) if the applicant is a different person from the owner of the electric saw. e. Copy of the Articles of Incorporation (if a company). f. Recent photograph, ID card size. g. Payment of L 500.00 (at the cash register of ICF, central or regional offices) h. Compact disc (CD) with scanned documents. 6.11.7 ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION OF CONTRACTORS Who performs the procedure? The owner or legal proxy Where Is It Done? The Forest Conservation Institute (ICF) Average Time: If all the requirements are presented as requested in the instructions for implementing the agreement 045-A-2013, approximately 20 business days. Cost: According to the Directorate of the Forest Conservation Institute Value Table REQUIREMENTS: Any Application for the Enrollment and Registration of Contractors (natural person or legal entity engaged in the extraction of wood), must accompany the following documents:

a. Application for enrollment and registration of the contractor. b. Declaration of a Merchant or company´s Articles of Incorporation, if a business (original documents or authenticated copies) c. Recent photograph, ID card size. d. Copy of Identity Card. e. Copy of the National Tax Registry (alphanumeric) of the contractor or company. f. Copy of current Municipal Solvency. g. A list of the equipment and machinery owned, and the original or authenticated copies of the corresponding legal documentation (invoices, lease agreements, etc.). h. A list of the staff, accompanied with a copy of the personal identification document of each member of the working group. i. Training Certification, issued by the Head of the Regional Office concerned. j. Payment of L 5,000.00 (at the cash register of ICF, central or regional offices) k. Compact disc (CD), containing all scanned information. *In order to be eligible to register as Contractors with the ICF, all interested or obligated parties must receive the training course oferred by each regional office of the ICF. Timber extraction shall not be allowed under any criteria, to persons not being registered as contractors and not having their accreditation documentation. The ICF will issue a laminated card to accredit a Qualified Forestry Technician.
