Where is it done? The Ministry of Finance Average Time: 2 business days provided the Banking Institutions validate the beneficiary’s information Cost: No cost for first time application. The replacement of the pin due to loss or poor condition is L 200.00 at any banking institution. REQUIREMENTS: 6.15.1 MERCHANT (SUPPLIERS) a. Original and copy of the Merchant´s Articles of Incorporation, underlining the type of commercial activity of said merchant. b. Original Certificate issued by Bank stating account number where requested payment must be credited (addressed to SIAFI) c. Original and copy of the Merchant´s Numerical RTN. d. Original and copy of the Identity Card of the Merchant (write address, email, cell phone or landline on this copy).
