What I did: Create my own employee handbook with the help of other entrepreneurs and professionals. What I liked: I liked that I was able to create something that was ideally my expectations in my business. Something that not only my employees look at, but a reminder for myself for when I feel a little lost or need a pick me up when I feel low. I wanted this handbook to be different than typical job handbooks. I wanted it to be accessible and friendly towards my goals at Essential Flair. Future Dream Job: I have my dream job and I love it! I only wish to keep going and fulfilling more goals.
