What I did: I managed Walmart’s returns and Walmart’s international returns. I assisted the returns department with data and making sure the company was getting the most money back from the manufacturer for returned products. I examined what products are being returned more than sold and recommended next steps for the company to take. In addition, I am working on a plan for the company to adopt, to better understand their returns process as well as identify areas where the returns process can be improved upon. What I liked: I love getting to work with different departments, including executives of Walmart. Everyone is very nice and willing to help and is wanting to collaborate with you given the chance.
