What I did: Bid jobs, bought all materials for projects, lined up workers when need be, communicated with customers, and coordinate with sand/gravel company for fill. What I liked: I enjoyed communicating with customers in a positive manner, which I learned through the sales class here at UWSP. I also liked managing employees and understanding how to get the most out of all the crew members. My favorite part was being able to watch a project from start to finish and admire the hard work that was put into the finished product. Future Dream Job: Grow M&M Concrete to a company that has many employees doing work for cities and larger residential projects. I would like to partner with local builders to build professional connections in hopes of gaining new projects.
