What I did: I performed a variety of tasks from facilitating and managing cash sales in the campground in addition to implementing the use of excel for documenting campground revenues. This reduced time spent on reconciliation, and errors while documenting sales. Additionally managed the facilities such as shower buildings and bathrooms for the largest park in Wood County. Looked at as the “face” of the park for questions, comments and concerns for guests and visitors. What I liked: I enjoyed the connections I made with campers and guests of the park and campground. The real world experiences of customer service, bookkeeping and reconciliation in addition to the ability to contribute to a positive atmosphere.
Future Dream Job: Not sure quite yet.
