What I did: I was put in charge of the launch and success of our new online and mobile banking system as well as training the staff members on how to use it and help the employees understand how to fix any problems members might run into. I am learning how to open up new memberships and other accounts, post ACH transactions, how to order foreign currency and create new procedures. At this stage, I am still learning new things and soon will transition to our loan department to intern under our VP of lending learning about mortgage, vehicle, consumer and unsecured loans. What I liked: I like that I am learning a lot of different roles within the credit union and being given many different tasks to complete. Future Dream Job: Management position that deals with employees and members/ clients.
