What I did: During my time as a finance intern, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Within fixed assets, I was responsible for helping recording depreciation and managing asset additions and disposals. In addition, I worked on a special project with the accounts payable department. Our objective was to reduce the number of outstanding purchase orders where our organization had received items but did not yet have an invoice. Throughout the internship, I gained tons of experience by taking on a variety of other projects for not only the finance team but also for different departments within the organization. What I liked: One of the aspects that I truly enjoyed during my Aspirus internship was the immense opportunity for both personal and professional growth. Throughout my time as an intern, I had the privilege of speaking with several leaders who shared insights into their success. Additionally, during the internship I was able to work on projects with other interns. This was an invaluable experience that helped me to develop and enhance my collaborative and leadership skills. The final aspect that I found truly enjoyable during my time at Aspirus was the opportunity to work with a fantastic group of individuals. These individuals played a pivotal role in my overall success during the internship, providing support and assistance in every way possible. Future Dream Job: I am unsure what my dream job is, but I enjoy working in finance and analytics.
