EIS Holdings Overview
The EIS platform was founded in 2019, bringing together multiple brands with over three decades of expertise under one powerhouse, standing out in an otherwise highly fragmented marketplace.
Rather than operating as individual, stand-alone, regional players, offering limited services primarily focused on asbestos abatement and selective demolition, EIS tapped into unmet demand for a scaled provider that can offer more expansive services on a national level. By 2020, EIS successfully completed over 35,000 consulting, remediation, abatement, demolition, and
specialty infrastructure solutions through national coordination and focused rollout of targeted new services. Today, EIS has the infrastructure, capabilities, and ambition to expand our servicemix and broaden our capabilities through strategic acquisitions in order to evolve with our clients and themarket.

In all of EIS previous acquisitions, EIS has allowed themanagement to roll over a portion of their proceeds into the larger capital structure of EIS. This allows the owner to de- risk their investment by providing liquidity to the owner but also allowing the previous owner equity participation in a larger company. Partnership Through Acquisition
EIS wants to partner withmanagement teams and provide themwith additional capital to invest in their business both organically and inorganically.
During the Diligence Process, we will talk with the owners about acquisition plans and organic growth plans to achieve their goals.
EIS Holdings is a growth investor. In order to scale, we provide support to the companies we invest in on strategy, hiring, acquisitions, and training, because we know that people are fundamental to every company’s success.
EIS’ strategic goal is growth through the topline that will flow through to the bottom line, rather than expense savings. Our integration planning approach is designed to retain the legacy, the people and clients, the autonomy, and tominimize disruption, while respecting the brand.
