This new generation is exciting; they are environmentally concerned, financially minded and their generation has been shaped by Covid-19 and technological innovation. But, is your workforce ready to embrace the new generation? After being invited to talk on the world stage at the World Aviation Summit (WATS, Orlando, May 2024), IATA World Safety & Operations Conference (Vietnam, September 23), and the European Airline Training Symposium (EATS, Portugal, November 23), SkyPeople Training are introducing our Gen Z workshop which can be delivered to your workforce to raise awareness and increase staff retention. In this session we will explore Generation Z and what makes their learning style and approaches so unique and what needs to change to help integrate effective teamwork and communication within the industry.
