“Ben DuPont has big plans for the DuPont Country Club inWilmington, DE. He announced a $19 million renovation of the facility during the annual dinner with commercial real estate professionals from the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council, the SIOR Philadelphia Chapter, the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter, the Delaware Real Estate Women, the Commercial Chapter of Suburban West Realtors ® Association, and the Appraisal Institute. The dinner welcomed more than 180 attendees to the club, which DuPont wants to make more family-friendly and sports centric. He noted that the club will undergo renovations to include two new grass tennis courts, three new pools, a new fitness facility, a relocated driving range and an indoor golf training facility, along with improved décor and food options.”
