HILADELPHIA, PA — On behalf of De- sign Holdings, III, LLC, Binswanger announced a two-year, 50,000 s/f warehouse lease to Associates Warehous- ing Inc. The property is located at 2135 East Westmoreland St. in Philadelphia. The building features three tailgate loading docks, ceiling heights to 15' clear, natural gas-fired ceiling-mounted hot air blowers and is situated min- utes from I-95 and the Betsy Ross Bridge, providing access to Center City Philadelphia, and all major highways in the
2135 East Westmoreland St.
region. The transaction was handled by Chris Pennington , partner in Binswanger’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. On behalf of Sauers In- vestment Properties, LLC, Binswanger announced the sale of a six acre property located at 273 West County Line Rd. in Warminster. The property was purchased by Patagon Storage, LLC for $1.725 million. The new owner plans to develop the property into a state-of-the-art self-stor- age facility. The property is served by all utilities and is zoned Industrial Office District. The transaction was handled by Pennington and Jason Ostach , vice president, both working out of Binswanger’s Philadelphia office. On behalf of Poplar Realty Investments, LP, Binswanger a n n o u n c e d a t e n - y e a r , 9,724 s/f industrial lease to 90DEL125LLC. The expansion brings the space leased by the company to a total of 45,600 s/f at 901-925 North Delaware Ave. in Philadelphia.
