CCAPSTrends The Counseling Center Assessment of Psychological Symptoms (CCAPS) is a multidimensional assessment and outcome- monitoring instrument used by CCMH counseling centers. How and when the CCAPS is administered varies by counseling center. Students respond to the items on a five-point Likert scale from 0 (not at all like me) to 4 (extremely like me). The following charts provide information regarding trends in student self-reported distress as indicated by the CCAPS subscales.
