Abstract: Covering 19 Arab political assemblies, this study aims to shed light on the deep human rights implications of monopolising economic resources in some countries in the Middle East and North Africa. The research examines the hypothesis of an indirect statistical relationship between the weight of natural resources in national economies and the inclination towards capital punishment and human rights transgressions. The results of the study were discussed through the psychological interpretation of the ordeal of the political body in the Arab World.
