Per your request, we have enclosed a detailed assessment of our opinion of your property's current value, along with an in-depth look at our marketing plan proposal from 'listed- to-close'. Based on the enclosed comparable listings and recent sales, along with our vast knowledge of and decades of experience in the local real estate market, we advise a list price within the range of $1,043,280 - $1,100,000. We are confident this accurately reflects the true value of your home and will stimulate tremendous interest from Buyers desiring to live, own, and invest in such a coveted location.
